We will not to focus on what they can’t do, but rather on what they can do, currently, and what they might be able to achieve with a little encouragement. How? We limit rules and restrictions and focus on fun.
Fun is key, the ball is just a toy. Our primary goal, as coaches, is to help them learn soccer through discovery and to make it fun.

U8/U10 is a big jump from the previous age groups. The field is larger, and the playing format is different. Children are less focused on themselves as they become more concerned about others. They want to stand out and continue to grow. Stronger logical skills, allow coaches to provide simple yet structured team tactics. Compared to U4

Compared to U4/U6, players will have more responsibility since the number of players on the field has increased from 3v3 to 7v7 including goalkeepers. In training sessions, games will be the priority, with speed and endurance activities suited to the players’ stage of physical development.
